Trainee & Experienced Sales Consultants
Who do we need?
Do you have:
- A passion for cars and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and stay organized
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Previous sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

What will you be doing?
Customer Interaction:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Understanding customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Providing information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
Product Knowledge:
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory to effectively showcase features and benefits.
- Staying updated on the latest automotive trends and technological advancements.
Sales Process:
- Assisting customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Conducting test drives and highlighting key vehicle attributes.
- Collaborating with sales managers to negotiate deals that meet both customer and dealership objectives.
Administrative Tasks:
- Completing necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining customer records and files in compliance with company procedures.

People who are highly motivated with an amazing attitude, energy and drive to succeed with a focus on exceeding our valued customer's expectations within a friendly, fun fast-paced environment. You would also have an open mind and preparedness to learn from our highly experienced coach and mentor.
